A photo of the sign next to your car works best. You can also text the days and time ("tue fri 830") or the block address. Parked on the same block as last time? Reply SAME.

No. He reads the no-parking, no-standing and no-stopping hours on the sign too ("No Parking 7am to 7pm Except Sunday"). If it's illegal to park there right now, he says so. Otherwise he texts you before the next window, same as a sweep. Not meters (that's ParkNYC) and not hydrants.

The morning you have to move, and again 30 minutes before. Nothing on other days. A window that starts before 8 am gets one text. An overnight one gets a single text at 9 pm the night before.

Say it plainly: "moved", "done", "handled". A thumbs-up tapback on his reminder works too. He goes quiet until you park again. "ok" or "got it" only tells him you saw the text, so the 30-minute one still comes.

Every photo gets a text back with what he read and when you next have to move. Wrong? Reply with the fix ("it's Thursday") and it's corrected. If the photo's blurry, he asks for another instead of guessing.

Tell Cone: "I risked it", "staying put", "sat in my car". He drops the rest of today's texts and sets up the next sweep on the same sign. No new photo needed.

Cone follows the city's alternate side parking calendar. If your sweep is suspended, he texts you once and skips it. No-parking and no-standing hours don't take holidays off unless the sign says so, and neither does Cone.

Reply STOP to any text. Mid-trial, nothing is charged. On a paid plan nothing renews, and START before your paid month or year runs out picks it back up. You can also cancel from the billing link (reply PAY to get it).

Reminders pause until it goes through. Stripe emails you, Cone texts you once with a link to fix it, and the reminders come back on their own once it works. Anything you checked in while paused is kept, so it turns back on too.

Reply NIGHT and Cone texts you a heads-up the night before, plus the 30-minute text. Reply MORNING to go back to the morning-of text. Overnight sweeps still get their 9 pm text.
