These Terms govern your use of Please Move Your Car ("the Service"), operated by Dean Cline, a sole proprietor. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Please Move Your Car sends text-message reminders to help you remember to move your vehicle for street sweeping and alternate-side parking. You text us a photo of your parking sign, and we send reminders the morning of and shortly before you need to move.
Not a Guarantee
The Service is a convenience reminder, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for any parking ticket, fine, tow, booting, or other penalty. Reminders can be delayed or fail to deliver for reasons outside our control, including carrier issues, your phone settings, signal, or an unreadable photo. You are solely responsible for your vehicle and for reading and following all posted signs and local parking rules. Always confirm the posted sign yourself.
Subscriptions, Trial, and Billing
The Service costs $5 per month or $50 per year after a 14-day free trial. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future reminders and future charges. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Text Messaging
By opting in you consent to receive recurring automated texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Acceptable Use
Use the Service only for your own vehicles and for lawful purposes. Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Please Move Your Car and Dean Cline will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tickets, fines, tows, or other losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access to it. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
